The location in the jungle was particularly good. The bed was very comfy and room nice and beautiful. The hotel staff was amazingly nice and amicable.

Family room included a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and an air conditioning. The venue's position was riverside...

The staff was the best and very accommodating. the location was exceptionally nice and close to the river. - the beds were extremely comfy and the rooms were clean. - the breakfast was above average with delicious dishes.

The standard bungalow was beautiful, included climate control, a fridge, and a sitting area. This beautiful hotel had a riverside setting close to nature. What's more, it was close enough to a much more ethical elephant sanctuary in the past.

Good breakfast choices here! the staff were all friendly and made us feel right at home ❤️.

The rooms at Tawan Riverside are simply amazing! With a private bathroom and a shower, it felt like a home away from home. The balcony with garden views was a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The river view from some rooms was an added bonus, making the experience even more breathtaking. The seating area in all guest rooms was a cozy touch, allowing us to unwind and spend quality time together. The triple room we stayed in had a balcony, which made our mornings even more pleasant. The tile/marble floor added a touch of luxury. the rooms were comfortable and provided everything we needed for a memorable stay.

Personally, I would have preferred a softer sofa in the triple room. However, I understand that different guests have different preferences, and some may still find it comfortable.

The hotel was incredibly beautiful. We liked the garden view from our deluxe bungalow. - the location was the best possible, just a short walk to nature, a more ethical elephant sanctuary, and restaurant. - Furthermore, everything we asked for was provided.

Beautiful place with elephants, great communication, free taxi for longer stays, excellent food and staff, lovely and comfy beds. Basic room with fan, cozy wooden house, good priced restaurant. Amazing days, highly recommend for close elephant encounters. Well-cared elephants, lots of space to roam. Peaceful setting with river.

The room I stayed in had a cozy seating area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. I absolutely loved the balcony with its gorgeous views of the garden. It was such a serene and peaceful spot. The private bathroom was clean and had a nice shower. It was great to freshen up in there. I also had the fortune of staying in a room with a river view. It was breathtaking!

Personally, I felt that the sofa in the triple room was not very comfortable. But hey, different strokes for different folks!

The food was appetising with a wide range of choices! the location of the property was the best possible, close to the old temple.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with close proximity to nature. Being situated on the riverside allows for a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The bungalows are also amazing with great views. The staff is very friendly and helpful and their service is exceptional. The breakfast is nice, with a good variety of food options available. Moreover, the activities provided, such as interacting with the elephants, are truly amazing experiences.

I was disappointed to see that the enclosures for the elephants were quite small. It would have been better if they had more space to roam around and enjoy themselves.

Loved waking up to elephants, but the bugs seemed to like my room just as much. Tranquil setting by the river, perfect for some peace and quiet.or getting eaten alive by mosquitoes.

Who needs a clean room or a fly-free breakfast table, right? Just add some extra protein to your meal!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was close to nature, right by the river, and provided breathtaking views. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything we asked. The breakfast provided was satisfactory and we enjoyed dining at the restaurant. we had a fantastic experience.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The view from my room was incredible, with a big window facing the river. Loved the bath with the elephants and the morning call from them. The restaurant had delicious food.

The room was a bit cramped and the toilet could use some improvement. The breakfast spread was sadly lacking variety.
